Great IT Group. My employer uses CAL IT Group for all their IT services, their service has been excellent, they are always quick to respond and will promptly assist with any IT issue we have, they are extremely knowledgeable and will proactively follow up to ensure your issue is fully resolved. Their service is truly 24hours; It does not matter what time of the day I call, midnight or early in the morning their response is always immediate. It has been truly refreshing working with CAL IT and I highly recommend them for all your IT needs.

I just started at my new job and I'm barely getting settled in. I emailed CAL IT Group for my new printer set up and Within minutes I received an email with my ticket number. Almost immediately after I received an email from Jacob Smith (tech) who was professional and quick to resolve my problem. After a quick email exchange not only did, he hook up the printer, but he also did a couple of test prints and made sure I was satisfied with my settings. Awesome customer service coming from CAL IT Group!
