Amazing customer service and and an easy experience. I recommend talking to Jerald he is the best and made my experience with Cal-Royal so easy. I have been a wholesale customer for about 5 years and I would 100% recommended buying from them they are the best!

Zero stars, out of 8 locks purchased 5 were defective within few months, and 2 locks were defective right out of the box. Cal royal DOES NOT warranty any of their products. They requested me to provide copies of their invoices to the vendor, not my receipts. DO NOT EVER BUY Cal Royal products, NEVER. It looks like their customer service is trained NOT TO PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT whatsoever.

Cheap hardware that is decent quality. The thing that really drags this company down is their will call. You can often expect to wait for hours. Absolutely horrible,. Here I am, almost 3 hrs waiting for an order, prepare accordingly.
