Purchased my Cal spa in August and couldn’t be happier with the experience and spa. Salesman was courteous, answered our questions promptly and did not pressure us. Spa arrived a week later and was setup in less than an hour. Great all around experience!

It was truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I had to wait extensively to pick up my spa, but they were always kind and patient, even though they let me know they really needed the warehouse space. I would definitely recommend Cal Spas.

We love our Spa. They were excellent at delivering it as promised. The crew that brought it out was so professional.
As for the spy itself, we love it. It came with the ozonator and steps. We are very happy with it. The Best part is the spaciousness of where everybody can sit.
The mild only problem is that shorter people have a hard time staying in the seats. My wife is short :-)
