Cal Termite was awesome to work with. They worked with us to apply some local treatment cause we werent comfortable tenting w a toddler and baby in the house. Everyone we dealt with was amazing. The inspector, treatment people, carpenter, quality assurance inspector, and office staff. All great, courteous and responsive.
I'm confident when we decide to tent in a few years they'll be our go-to company.
Alan came and did the inspection. He arrived on time, was very thorough, and didn't rush through. He took the time to explain things and discussed all of my options. Very professional the entire time. Fortunately, I only needed a spot treatment, and it was affordable. Alan explained the warranty and what to look for in the future. Sam came to do the spot treatment about a week later. He was on time, funny, and explained everything. He was neat and tidy, no mess, and very respectful of my property the entire time. I can't even tell where he drilled the tiny holes, as he patched it up and used paint, I had on hand, to make it look great. UPDATE: The little buggers tried to cause a little issue, 2 months later, I called Cal Termite since I have the warranty, etc. Within 2 days, Sam came out and took care of it.. no problem... great service and amazing continued service
