Amber has the most amazing customer service ever! She saw that I was having trouble completing a quote online, and she reached out to me over the phone without me even having to call in. She helped me through the process of getting new renters insurance on the spot, and sent me the documents I needed within 5 minutes. She also called me back the following week with updates on the policy! Thank you Amber! I appreciated her friendliness and she was so helpful.

I wanted to share my gratefulness for a very kind & knowledgeable young man named Maxwell Bland. Mr Bland took the time to listen to what my insurance were when othered did not. After speaking with him & asking all my questions, I was able to get a great policy with Statefarm in my area!! I’m so happy I was guided to a much better policy with his help!! Thx so much!!

Maxwell did a great/fast job with getting me situated, during the process over the phone he was quick to get back to me and keep me updated on getting me and my wife situated. Will recommend him if you are looking to get insured through state farm
