Beyond ridiculous company ! Idk how Allstate is working with this trash company. 3rd time Allstate sends this company for roadside and they just show up, stop answering their phones, & cancel the service without letting me know ! Trash

I wanted to share that the driver who picked up my car was courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend your company to anyone. I forgot the drivers name.

Filed a claim with my insurance company to get my vehicle towed to automotive repair shop, finished my claim around 9:30am my adjuster stated tow truck been assigned to pick up my vehicle within a few hrs, this company dropped the ball calling at 4:45pm when the shop closes 5pm, at least communicate with your customer if your backed up what not, driver had the nerves to ask me to reschedule, really i’m going to give you my business when you can’t even pick it up as mentioned by your dispatcher, you can go kick rocks I’ll contact my insurance company and let them know i will not allow any towing with this towing company for future needs.
