Extremely satisfied with the quality of work and communication and customer service. Impressed with their professionalism . My car needed a paint job that the prior shop was not taking care of. They basically took care of another shops mess. They knew how frustrated I was already from this ongoing issue that had started 12 month prior. They put me at ease, they even put me in a rental and they promise that everybody in the shop would be working at my vehicle to get it out as fast as they could. They did a great job. I had my vehicle ready in a few days. 100 % recommend to family and friends. Thank you Oscar and Tyler

It honestly would be 0 stars, but the two stars is based on staff being friendly. The initial process was so smooth and fast. They texted me an estimated date of when my vehicle would be ready and I was happy when they notified me the car was ready 3 weeks before the estimated time. Once I picked up my vehicle Eduardo kept telling me the car had lifetime warranty as long as I owned the vehicle. When I got home I realized why he emphasized the lifetime warranty and that I was able to bring it back any time. Not only did they scratch my vehicle but they did not even paint it correctly the paint was already coming off, they left the trunk loose, and a day later my exhaust began to rattle. Eduardo told me someone would get in contact with me to schedule an appointment to bring the car back. I told Eduardo I needed a couple of days because I use my car for work. I get a call from a representative on a Friday afternoon to tell me I could take my vehicle back on Tuesday at 9 and I told her that was not enough notice for work and she stated they were extremely busy and if I didn’t take that appointment she didn’t know when they could take me in. General manager had to be involved because we told them if I needed to leave my car they needed to accommodate me with a rental because the fault was on their end. The insurance was willing to pay for my rental for the amount of time they were going to have the car and they rushed it and did a crappy job. Oscar was very nice said he could have the car done in one day if we took it early in the morning. We took the car in and they dropped it off at my house. I inspected the car and realized it had a paint bubble on one side, paint drip on the other side, and what looked like a scratch on the bumper they just painted. Oscar was notified of this and he sent someone to come look at it and the guy removed the scratch and said they had fixed it. Guess what the paint drip and air bubble are still there. It’s so frustrating because they have wasted so much of my time and they honestly don’t care because they already got paid for the terrible job they did.

I was recommended to caliber collision by a former employee. I have had excellent customer service through this process. My representative Eddie has done a great job and and gone above and beyond. Has always kept us in the loop through this process as we near the end of the repair of my vehicle. I would recommend caliber collision to anyone needing any vehicle repairs of any type. Caliber collision is number one in my book. I will post again upon completion on my vehicle and I have it back.
