Several times the scheduled pick up date was changed. When I picked up the car the first time, not all repairs had been done. Nothing had been done to the right side of the car which had dents and scratches. I had to take the car back to get the work completed. The scratch on the back bumper was not touched up as the manager said it would be. The work which was actually done appears to be good work.

I’d give no stars!
My vehicle wasn’t repaired properly leading to it going back to the shop for additional 2 months. Having it a total of 4 months.
I was with my daughter when the steering rack came apart. Something they should have checked considering the control arm was damaged.
Do better!! Luckily I didn’t get someone else involved with the terrible work you did.
