I’m giving them two stars because the job was done to their most capable ability. Not exactly the highest compliment considering I basically had to tell on them to the insurance to order my car part directly from the dealership rather than using Lee Johnson to save them a quick buck, but the job was done regardless.
If I had to describe this branch in one word, reliable would not be on the list of possibilities. The amount of times where they have said the front desk or the manager will give me a call back by the end of the day when I have asked for updates — and then they don’t call back — is insane. Likewise for their Inspections team that didn’t show up on the day they were supposed to, twice. Instead of dropping my car off at this shop once, and picking it up fixed, I ended up having to drop it off at least 4 times due to them not being able to determine the problem. Even after picking it up for the last time with the new part delivered, the problem still persists. Though I can’t fully blame them for that, I’ll have to get the dealership to look at it directly, essentially 3 months wasted of waiting for the shop to get this fixed.
Overall, you will have better luck taking your vehicle to a different shop. Maybe even just a different branch, I heard the Fife branch usually knows what they’re doing.
