Rory and the whole team were pleasant, helpful and clear. They kept us up to date as parts came in and repairs were made, and the work was done so quickly we were surprised! Everything looks fantastic, and it's wonderful to have our car back to its old self. Great experience.

The team at Caliber Collision on Sunset in Issaquah are the best in the business. I am confident that my car is in good hands when dropping it off for repairs. They returned my car ahead of schedule, and were so accommodating with any questions or concerns I had during the process. The front desk team led by Jennifer & Jessie were top notch, and Rory’s repair team should be proud of the work they do everyday to get people back on the road in the comfort of their own vehicle. I’m happy to say I would return to Caliber on Sunset with any future repairs!
