I was expecting 100% quality repair for the price they are changing but it is not there unfortunately . I was there twice for different repairs 2-3 weeks waiting for parts ,then another 2+ weeks in the shop for front bumper and driver side headlight,$ 6+ K bill . Repairs are not great,panels are not aligned great,you can tell is repaired from distance looking. Super long and expensive and not well done repairs. It is certified Tesla shop is bottom line and charges your insurance ( basically you!) arm and leg so I would expect 100% quality repairs If you don't like your Tesla much take it there , you will not see it for a while... I want to be honest and I rate their customer communication as outstanding,,my advisor was outstanding and car was detailed after both repairs but for $6K +....$2K+ I had also had dented rear bumper repaired for $2K + , nothing was replaced,but repair is mediocre at best..., panels are aligned ok but not great I would recommend maybe to check out others not certified shops or other certified shop in South Bay as well before you go there
