05/31/2024 A relatively stressful hit and run incident was made much less annoying by the professionalism and kindness exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with.
Absolutely awful service and workmanship. First off when I went to get my truck the tailgate and work on the vehicle was not completed to condition prior. You are the experts in body repair and it is your job to inspect the work as a body shop and complete the work.
Also I knew something was wrong and ooor workmanship when the first thing your service rep says was “Now you know your tailgate does not go down all the way.”
Then I notice I got a cheap after market tailgate with shoddy work done on it. I had a locking tailgate that engaged by the key fob and also could lock manually by the key and neither one of those work.
I cannot even put my key in the tailgate lock to even secure what I have to haul in it.
This was an absolute rushed job that you hoped I would not notice.
