I was sent to Caliber Collision for repair by USAA. Kudos to USAA, it only took one phone call. After getting an estimate, I was able to schedule the repair within a week. All the claim paperwork was taken care of when I drop off the car. The progress of the repair was updated 2 or 3 times and the job was finished two day ahead of schedule. All I have to do was to sign my name when I pick up the car. Your car rental can be picked up and drop off at the shop, it make sure a rental authorization is obtained from the insurance company ahead of time so a car is available.

Got in a fender bender during a horrible ice storm. They were able to replace my bumper and fix my car in less than a week! They kept me updated and answered all my questions. Everybody was so nice and patient with us as I’ve never had to go through this process before. They even put on my front license plate bracket so I didn’t have to do it at the dealership! We won’t be using anybody else since we found this place, they’re the best!

From drop off to pick up, everyone was very kind and helpful. The front desks folks were welcoming. Marcus assisted me the most through the process and was top notch. Johnnie assisted in the beginning as well and was pleasant to interact with. The manager also ensured that I was satisfied after everything was completed. They did an amazing job fixing my car. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻
Edit: used this shop a second time due to an accident and David assisted this time. Again, A+ and amazing shop!
