I received my car back about a month ago, upon first receiving it everything seemed fine and no major issues. I slowly started noticing small dents and paint bubbles throughout the days (I thought no big deal I can tolerate that). When I was washing my car this week, I noticed a glare coming from underneath my bumper and noticed a deep scratch. I had thankfully taken photos the day I received my car and you can clearly see a scratch (Image on the right). I did not notice it until this week (Image on the left) and decided to look back at my old photos from when I got it back. Since I’m not underneath my car all the time it’s not visible.
I called and asked if it could be seen since I do have my “90 day warranty”. Once they looked at it they told me they couldn’t do much since it had been a month and it could have easily been a rock when driving. (Also when checking they scratched the area with their fingernail and managed to small amount of paint paint off, wonder if that doesn’t go under warranty also?) They also stated they had photographs from the day they gave it back and everything was fine. Okay well if they have images and I do as well, why don’t they correlate? I also have my images with time stamp clearly shown.
I just don’t think it’s fair that they claim to give you a warranty with 90 days and because I noticed something a month later it’s not valid?
Mind the fact that they had my car for a whole month.
