The team from California Building Maintenance comes to clean our condo once a month and does a meticulous job! In addition to being a sincerely lovely person, Isabel, our regular cleaner, she is incredibly efficient and can tackle all the details in a matter of a few hours. We've also had CBM come to do a quarterly deep clean (complete with windows and a fridge clean), and we've had our carpets cleaned by them. They looked like new when they were done--needless to say, they do an AMAZING job! The owner is a pleasure to work with and creates a family with his team, which translates to a warm, welcoming experience for the customers. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
