My husband and I had a wonderful experience. We are amazed with the history of the cave and the surrounding trees and plants. The staff is amazing. We want to come back during the spring time. We booked the regular waking tour and it was not a difficult walk. I was concern I would feel uncomfortable in the smaller places, but it was not an issue at all.

This was a great place for a day trip. it's the only cave/cavern tour that is open every day of the week. (Minus holidays) Our guide was super friendly and informative and she answered any and all questions. The stairs were easy for all the kids to handle, our youngest being barely 5. There was not a big crowd at all so it made the tour more enjoyable. It is based on a first come basis so if there is a large crowd you may have to wait anyways.

Bryan was an amazing tour guide, very knowledgeable and friendly highly recommend the tour with him. Many different rooms to explore Lots of different cool formations throughout the cavern historic Signatures on the wall over 200 years old. It is the longest cavern in California.
