I had a very smooth experience working with California Closets. I mainly interacted with Kathryn. She first came in for an assessment and was very thorough with the design and suggestions and provided many different options based on my needs. Importantly, she took time to study how we were using the space (we had some open shelving) and made sure to accommodate those preferences.
I also met with other vendors who gave cheaper options but Kathryn was the most professional and was not too pushy. The couple of other vendors I spoke to were incredibly pushy and kept persistently calling and messaging me for a week after I said I had chosen a different path.
As for the install itself - Kathryn was very professional about coordnating the dates and made sure to inform me that she would be on vacation on the day of the install and gave me an alternate contact if I run into issues. Earl was our installer, he was quick and left the room clean once he was done.
Overall the process was very smooth and hassle free. would definitely use them again if I need more closets.
