We were off to a good start when California Condo Management took over management at our condo complex. The previous management was terrible and did not answer calls. We were dealing with a plumbing issue that prevented us from using laundry for four months when the new management company took over. BUT a month later this company has been no better. I was thrilled when someone picked up the phone the first time I called-- now I cannot get Daniel to call me back even after leaving voicemails and messages with the front desk. And another month later no progress has been made on our plumbing issue. Unfortunately it seems like incompetence is rife at these condo management companies.

The main person in charge is a bully , she is often heard yelling at owners for interrupting her during meetings when owners voice their opinions. Owners are threatened to be fined for speaking out of turn and problems are NEVER resolved .hoa fees have gone up . They hired a company that wasn’t licensed to work on the property for MONTHS ! When questioned about it they never responded to my concerns about letting unvetted people work on the complex where children play outside !

I absolutely love California Condo Management. The entire staff is great to work with, they are very friendly, fast, and efficient. Excellent customer service. Calls are answered and emails are responded to in a timely manner. The staff is very knowledgeable in regards to the property and the supervisor comes and checks on the work being done. Zoom meetings have been an option that has worked out great when needed. I have come across other HOA's that are not being managed professionally and I always refer them to California Condo Management.
