Everyone was very nice and professional and took me in right at my appointment time. The facility was very clean and comfortable.

First of I want to say that although I did not get the answer I wanted, in the search to find some type of relief for my daughter. The PA was very unprofessional from the moment we met her. She barely took a glance and already made a determination. Didn't even bother to notice that she had the same issue in her external ear and stated they don't look into ears they don't have an otoscope. First off you don't need an otoscope for that, you just needed to look. It seemed like she was in a rush to just push us out of the door because she had a phone call to attend to despite us being there on time already completed paperwork and paid the copay. She talked about not being able to give additional advice on how to soothe or treat like OTH because she is not allowed, yet did something she wasnt supposed to in front of us knowingly. Not returning again seen enough within those 5 minutes.
