Had an excellent experience buying with Erik. He was very knowledgeable about everything we could throw at him—from the pros and cons of different brands and models, to the sanitation systems, construct materials, maintenance, repair!! And on and on and on. Super professional, felt very comfortable and never pressured one bit. Just helping us find the right spa for our home/family. Will happily update with a follow-up review after the tub is finally delivered and installed.
