I spent a lot of time researching spas and spa dealers, ultimately deciding on California Hot Tubs for my purchase. A key factor in that decision was the owner Max. He answered my many questions (on visits and calls) with knowledgeable answers and direction. The price was right. And once ordered, the spa and its delivery and installation went exactly as Max promised. We are very happy with our purchase and he and his store being there for our ongoing needs. I absolutely recommend them.

We love our hot tub. We've had it for almost a year. The delivery and installation was great. My husband's favorite feature is the internal speaker.

We just purchased our hot tub that will be delivered in the next 60 days. Leah is extremely knowledgeable regarding the product, follows up as needed and keeps us informed on which options are needed. I know they just changed locations but having more options to view including the colors available in a full spa would be extremely helpful. The samples and website are difficult to visualize. Also a full stock of chemicals and other products would be helpful so we can purchase future products there. Please ask for Leah. She is extremely professional and friendly.
