I bought two new Superior fireplaces online for our new house we are building. Had them installed, ducted, etc. but we didn't have gas service at the time so they could not be fired up. Called California Mantel and Fireplace to see if they could assist with start up due to complicated electric ignition and remote control. They said they would gladly assist with start up. They only wanted $685 PER fireplace to provide this service! These fireplaces only cost $1,250 to purchase. Good luck dealing with this company.

The two men that came to my house fixed our issues within 10 minutes. They were both very knowledgeable and explained the issue I had. They gave me great advise on how to properly care for my fireplace to prevent any issues in the future. They also went above and beyond by informing me I could go to the Cal Mantel website to possibly upgrade on accessories for my fireplace which I did not know I could do. I foresee myself using this companies service again. Thank you!
