I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I tried applying for a listing on their website, but it turns out that the listing was not even available. I paid a $53 application fee, and once they received it, they took down the listing. I tried calling them multiple times, but they never answer their phones. I understand that the $53 is part of the application fee, but if you guys are making me apply for a unit that isn't even available but you guys still kept it on your website, you guys are just stealing people's money. California Pacific Realty just took my money for something I never even had a chance at getting. NEVER work with this place, especially if you're a student.

California Pacific Realty over the years has blossomed into a great real estate company, I am truly impressed by their professionalism, excellent customer service and knowledge of real estate properties in the Bay Area.
Over the last 7 years Zahid and his incredible team has helped me buying, selling and managing properties. Their level of service and commitment to excellence is amazing.

Zahid and his group have done a great job fixing up (via contractors) and maintaining my property. All the documents are delivered electronically and Zahid is easy to get a hold of via emails and texts. Overall, I'm very happy with them, and they have made owning and renting out my property a snap.
