Had my son’s first appointment today with Dr. Patel. It was great! They were friendly, listened to our concerns and most importantly they are trying to help my son who has many health issues. They ordered him labs and a referral to a specialist he needs. I’m so thankful and praising God for our experience! I had Kaiser for 15 years before this and always had to beg to get labs and referrals.
