I wish I could give 0 stars. This "company" is a joke!!!!! They say that they send bills yet can't get names or addresses right. They let a contract with my insurance and doctor expire and REFUSED to rebill once the contract was done. I was sent to collections because of their negligence. They CLAIM that they have everything correct yet I receive bills for other patient's (HIPAA VIOLATION) and get one red bill from them and then try to pay it and they say "oh, well our system is down so you have to mail a check" haha NOPE! you can't do your job on a daily basis, how am I supposed to believe you won't "lose" my check? DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, TALK DIRECTLY TO THE DOCTOR OFFICE

CPR has billed my insurance fraudulently for services not rendered and will not respond to the doctor's office multiple requests to correct the billing. My insurer can't get in touch with them either. They are a joke and are now trying to bill me $9xx for services I never received.
