I have had an outstanding experience at California Rehab and Sports! Rayanne, the receptionist makes you feel welcome and is so helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. Anna, my physical therapist, and the team, are very proffesional, knowledgeable, and kind. Anna's caring and attentive approach stood out as she not only tailored my program but also incorporated additional exercises when necessary. Her understanding nature made me feel comfortable throughout, and the private room for massages and exercises added a personalized touch to the overall treatment, which I truly appreciate. Thank you Anna and team for helping me on my recovery from my knee pain. I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking exceptional care and support.

Anglica is awesome customer service at front office. She always welcome everyone with big smile and respect. I love her behavior that is very helpful to create my appointments.

The billing department cancelled all of my medical appointments because they failed to bill my secondary insurance. They did this with no warning, without even consulting with me or considering patient health and wellbeing, or even doing their due diligence to correct their own error. Ridiculous.
