I'd give a half star but it's not possible. I asked for a female Dr when I made the appt. I got a male. They spelled both my first and last names wrong although I repeated spelling more than once. When we arrived the reception was efficient though not outwardly friendly. When my husband was brought in he was give a perfunctory examine. The Dr had not previewed his chart to see he was there for follow up of a malignant melanoma. It was a fast exam. No extra magnifying lens was used and the natural light was claimed to be enough. Certainly not the professional level we are accustomed to from health care providers. I was up next and received only a slightly better exam. This place is a conveyor belt medical care; one out the next in. Perfunctory glance and out you go. If you want to feel secure in your health care, don't go here.
When arriving, the outside is very pretty with the trees and the spanish moss. Inside, we read signs directing us to go upstairs to see our doctor. Once in the office, we were greeted by a very nice receptionist who answered all questions and assisted me with the tablet used to fill out the required information. That took longer than the actual appointment! The nurse, Cassandra, was extremely friendly and polite, guiding me and my husband back to the exam room. The wait to see the doctor (Dr. Henry) was extremely brief. Shorter still, was the exam. While I am aware my reason for the appointment may not have been as important as others, I felt dismissed and my time was completely wasted. Great staff, but won’t be back.
