Had an appointment scheduled here and waited 35 min in waiting room, then 25 minutes naked on the uncomfortable medical chair inside. The PA who saw me doesn’t seem too interested, didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and didn’t ask me the right questions, barely examined the infected area. The attitude/ tone wasn’t good and i had to advocate for myself for something very concerning and painful. I don’t recommend this location due to the long wait times and the lack of care from medical staff. The staff would leave voicemails but also never answer their phone when giving a call back.

Consistently an hour wait each time we come here….. even during morning

This was my first visit to the Mountain View location of the California Skin Institute. The check-in process was smooth, and I experienced virtually no wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and I was called in by 8:04.

I saw Chandni Patel for a benign skin condition and found her to be both knowledgeable and competent, with an excellent bedside manner. I will be returning for a follow-up visit in a few weeks.
