California Skin Institute in Thousand Oaks is top notch. First of all it’s a beautiful facility, but the welcoming, warmth and professionalism of every person I encountered (including the initial appointment setting) was beyond what I could imagine. Dr. Reddy listened to my concerns (and self diagnosis ;) with respect and patience, even though her experience suggested a different diagnosis (and one I much prefer!) Dr. Reddy’s demeanor put me at ease in a way that I knew I was being heard and subsequently helped me trust in her expertise and the very best treatment moving forward. It was a great energy all the way around, and I’m grateful.
