customer service is not the best. ever since they set up their new website I have been having a hard time accessing my account with their new website.god I hate calling them too. I've tried multiple times conatacting them and nothing or I get someone thats rude and not much help.its just frustrating to the point I give up cuz I got other stuff going on. I had zero issues before this change. I get in the end it's my fault for the water being shut off and I'll own that but come on now calwater. wheres your customer service

I need an emergency phone number for you and you don't provide one!!!! I had 6 months of billing problems that started with over charging me on my Colton street property then when I finally moved you HAD my new address but kept putting my payments in my old account! What kind of bookkeeping service do you have? That took forever for you to tell me Why you were not getting my payments all because of you terrible bookkeeping . Now my water main shut off valve is broken and I've had NO water for 2 days! I thought it was a pipe by my house but it's not. It's the main valve. You need to fix it! I have NO water!!!!

They couldn't even fund where the water meter was located and I had to call 4 different people to br able to open up.water making me not go to work!!@
