They have been dodging me about a refund for over two thousand dollars. Shortly before my mom passed rather suddenly of cancer in 2022, she completed a construction project on her property that required new water mains. They overestimated the amount it would cost and so refunded her with a check. Well, in the chaos of sorting out her affairs, the check was misplaced and only discovered after it had expired. I have contacted them with all necessary documents in order to have the check re-issued, and they have either just given me the run around or ignored my request altogether for many months. Please take care of business and don't rob your customers. Her estate is entitled to that refund.
