The company came recommended by our Realtor. After calling the estimator Eric Calistro came out to give a estimate. Looked at the house and said he would go write it up. A few days went by with no news. I called and spoke to Eric and was told he forgot about us, he would get the estimate to us tomorrow. 3 days later no contact from him at all. I called and no answer so left a message for Eric. 5 days later no response at all from anyone. Very disappointed because they had such good ratings when checking them out.
