Such a sweet lady your customer service is over the moon. I called her a day before to make sure she has what I need and her voice was very welcoming.
On the day of my purchase it was a bit hard to find the store but when I called her she went outside to tell me direction. She found me literally.
Parking was hard.
Price was a bit high.
The store was super clean and you can find everything here.

Customer service is great. Staff knowledgeable - and provides excellent recommendations when taking the step to go out of your normal "safe" zone with wig colors. Owner's commitment to the community is also greatly appreciated.

OMG! I went to Callie's as a first- time wig wearer, and I was treated like a queen from the moment I walked through the door. Tralice has a wealth of knowledge and she didn't hesitate for a moment to share it with me. I left with something beautiful and more importantly, I left feeling confident and excited to try a new look. I'm 100% sold on supporting this Black owned business.
