I highly recommend Cal's Fitness to everyone I know!! Finding this business has absolutely changed my life!! I was in a major car accident and had several surgeries, but training with Cal is the only reason I have gotten this far physically. Prior to coming here, I had never heard of or done pilates, but amazing!!! Cal's ability to demonstrate and guide you through activities is priceless. I will add that having his one-on-one attention is worth more than anything since your life gets better and better after each session.
