On entry I was greeted by a young man. I found a shirt that I liked and asked the price. He sales person replied $9.99. I asked him to give the correct size and 3 colors. As I approached the cashier Elandra I was informed that they are $19.99. I explained that was informed by the sales person that they are $9.99 and he pointed to the price on sign. She claims that I heard wrong. Although I am a regular shopper at CK. that was the last time I enter that store. You need to either train your staff or honor the prices verbally confirmed.

Everything is fine until you have to return an online order. They need proof of a credit card number that made the original online purchase which is not on the email confirmation. Store employees are not flexible ended up making an exchange for the store credit. Made it sound like they’re “helping us out”. Since they make it a hassle there’s no need to come back.

I was able to pick up the last of my Christmas shopping. I always pay attention to the customer service and Emely definitely fulfilled my expectations! She was helpful, offered me a 20% coupon for my next purchase and also helped me become a member. Her service is great!
