If I could go lower I would. Had an item on hold and told them I would be there by time of close to pick it up. 5:55pm (when she said they close at 6) I arrive and the doors are locked and they are counting the register and I call and tell them I am there for my item on hold a d they refuse to check me out or let me in. I will never shop here again and I will make sure to tell everyone and anyone about my inconvenience. I wouldn’t not have wasted my time driving there tonight. Never again.

The behavior of the store manager, Cassie, is consistently disrespectful. Despite my friendly demeanor during every visit, she fails to acknowledge my presence or offer any form of greeting.

For making purchases at another store, we received a 15% off coupon for that day at Calvin Klein. Very limited selection of women's apparel. Decent selection of men's wear. Clothing was very poor quality material. The greeter followed us around like we were going to steal something.... pretending to look at clothing - like she didn't know what was in her own store. The other floor personnel / secret shopper... was folding the same shirt when we left as when we entered. I didn't see anyone making purchases. Maybe that store needs to upgrade their quality of clothing, selection and teach their employees to be less obvious to not insult a potential customer.
