Dealing with Sol was the worst experience I've ever had with a party rental... it was so hard to get a hold of her and on the day of the event she informs me that there is a cancellation charge and a delivery fee which was never explained to me when doing the order. Since I couldn't get a hold of her prior to the event, I thought ok I can finally explain what I want and need from her since I couldn't before. Anyway, she wanted to charge me $185 extra for a new tent and I had already paid her $522!! In the end, I did not get the tent that I wanted or what I needed. Never again dealing with this place!
