My second time here near campsite 116. So much more water in 2023 (August)
Our crew got a few extra camp spaces so we had plenty of room.
We decided for 2024 well stay right on the water and possibly pitch in for a boat / jet skis if the water levels hold.
.50c for 3 mins of warm water (not freezing - possibly solar heated)
Prep your days well. Enjoy music on speakers til 10pm then chill under the stars with your friends.
It was cool enough to crash out in my scion xB with an inflatable twin mattress but limited tree shade in our particular ground.
Power went out at our restroom site but another station was available a 6 min walk away and another 10 min walk away.
There were attendants cleaning at midnight and at 12n.
It's a high volume high traffic camp site but even at that it wasn't too horrible in the men's room and I mean - you're camping. Running water and stalls is a nice thing to have walking distance away.
Water was great. We did a floatoapia day.
Grab floaties with handles on them and a rope connected to a sturdy bag with rocks in them for an anchor and tie some loops on the rope so you can tie or caribeaner the floaties to the anchor
Paddle boarding also possible!
