After my old primary care doctor left I didn't want to stay with Optum. I was worried that I wouldn't find someone as caring as Dr. Jahroumi. Anyway, I looked and looked for a primary that I would feel comfortable with, but to no avail.
Long story short, I ended up going back to Optum and met with Dr. Camellia Shoapour. I absolutely adore her. She is so caring and personable, just like my previous doctor. She took her time answering all my questions and relieved all my concerns. I felt so comfortable with her. I found my new primary, WOOO HOOO.
Also, the girls at the reception were friendly and Luis, the doctor's assistant, was fantastic. He took my vitals, noted all my concerns for the doctor to go over, was very friendly and very personable too.
I love when people, especially health care professionals, genuinely care, and everyone I came across here at the Optum Mission Viejo do genuinely care. Thank you :)
