Driving down Palm Drive in Desert Hot Springs, in a 40 mph speed zone, your driver was doing 55 and 60 mph. This is an area where the speed limits were set because a teenage girl got hit and killed by a speeding driver, hit and run. It is bad enough that cars don't observe the speed limits, but a big semi going through an area where normally there are school kids and elderly. The driver turned towards the Post Office. Which is real close to an elementary school. Where are the police when they are needed?
