Not for children with autism, or disability. My son was unfairly treated by staff, and his needs were not met. He was not understood or cared for. I highly discourage your application if your child has special needs. Heartbreaking experience.

Honestly so disappointed. My son was in their program for a total of 3 days before they kicked him out. Rather than try to work with parents and children, their “0 tolerance” policy is used as more of an excuse to not work with kiddos when they get upset. My son was upset and instead of de escalating the situation they pushed and pushed until he physically pushed back. He’s 4 years old and is still learning how to deal with his emotions. Rather than taking the time to talk to him and explain things you decided to write a note home and not give the parents an opportunity to discuss the behavior and come up with a plan. If you’re not willing to take the time to work with kids who are struggling, then why are you working in childcare to begin with? Way to go.
