I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Richard Campbell in 2019 while I was working with another attorney in Coeur d Alene, Idaho. He was kind enough to travel and meet with my wife and I for several hours on his own time. He was extremely helpful and put things in perspective that we could understand allowing us to make the correct decision moving forward.
Richard is a very knowledgeable attorney and since our first meeting we have retained his services on several occasions for a variety of issues from construction litigation to HOA issues. He has always been honest in our discussions, presenting us with options in order to allow us to make the appropriate decisions for success.

I worked with Mike Bissell for several years using him to review business documents, he was very honest and upfront on all occasions. He was always very helpful and responsive to my communications. At times even responding on the weekends. His advise was clear and concise. In my experience, he did not misguide me on any occasion.
A time arrived when I unfortunately needed to litigate a case. After speaking to Mike, he recommended that another attorney in his office handle the case, William Gieri. I can say nothing but good things about Will. He was exceptionally knowledgable, honest, upfront and professional. He is quite a strategist. He understood my financial limitations and did his best to work within the confines I had laid out for him. He was very supportive and a pleasure to work with. The outcome of the decisions the judges made was almost always what Mr. Gieri had suggested they would be. He has a very good handle on the law and its interpretation. On several occasions he was able to call out opposing council on their misinterpretations and misrepresentations to the benefit of our side. Additionally, on a personal level, Will was very accommodating, as legal battles can be very stressful for those involved. Will exercised compassion and understanding throughout the entire 1.5 year saga.
In closing, I would just say, in my experience, the attorneys at Campbell and Bissell do not fit the typical stereotype of what people think of lawyers. They are very much good people with your best interests in mind. At no time was anything unethical suggested by them. I will certainly continue to recommend their firm and use them for any future legal needs I may need.
