I bought there fresh water pool system and it did not work as advertised. Not only did my pool turn green but this fresh water system require shocking every two day just to keep the water swimmable. After multiple calls with the distributer trying to get it working, I was told that even thou I only had the system installed for 6 week and could not get it running properly I could not get a refund as it was over 30days old. Really... how can you tell if it is going to work if you cant test it for at least 6 weeks. A completely waist of money and I am completely disgusted in their shady sales and their lack of standing behind their product by providing a reasonably return policy.

Doug Campbell has been extremely responsive to questions both before and after purchasing the Health Care Pool System. Our water quality is great as long as the pool is kept balanced. Family members with chlorine sensitivity are able to enjoy swimming with no ill effects. We all enjoy the silky feeling of the water and the lack of a sticky feeling on the skin after swimming.
