The gals manning the visitor center were super friendly and were able to provide spot on directions for the off-the-beaten-path location we were seeking. Nice shop with t-shirts and other souvenirs from the area. Worth the stop. Didn't get the chance to peek in the at gallery across the way, but it would probably be worth checking out as well.

The new iCenter is in the Maritime Heritage Center building, moved from its former location on Shoppers Row. The Heritage Centre was closed when we arrived, but the staff at the iCentre were great. They gave us maps and brochures and marked on them things we were interested in. The biggest find for us was Dockside Fish and Chips by the ferry terminal. Fantastic, and we would never have found it on our own. They also told us how to get to McIvor Lake, another great find.

Super friendly staff. We got all the information we were looking for and more. They took all the time we needed. Would definitely recommend to visit when you’re in Campbell River area for a holiday.
