Do not trust this place! We called about reservations and the only spot available was 127, which was at the very end. We would not be able to fit in that spot so we asked about 117 which was empty. We were told that that spot was paid for and therefore we couldn't have it. She called back several minutes later to tell us that the people in 121 were moving out and we could have that spot. We agreed and were told that we needed to pay $117.50 to hold the spot until Sept 1st. We filled out the paperwork that SHE noted the site number on, and we paid the deposit. The next day we called and asked when the site would be available because we were thinking of moving our rv sooner if possible. The manager acted surprised and said she didn't know that anyone was in that spot and she would check on it. Several minutes later, we received a text stating that 123 was available, but 121 wouldn't be available until after the 31st. Again, we told her that that spot wouldn't work for us. She (Julie is the manager) said that was the only site she had. After going back and forth about it, she said she would see what she could do. A few hours later we get a call with "good news" . We could have site 106! Uh...not so good news. Again, not a site we wanted. She said that tenants don't normally get to choose their sites, it's first come first served. So we said we wanted 121, the original site we paid for. We were told it was no longer available and 106 was the only option we have. Obviously we were frustrated. Not only did we pay for a site that we could no longer get, but she collected money for a site that was already paid for. Double billing at it's finest. When we asked for our deposit back, she said it was forfeited. This is NO way to run a business and illegal as hell. An attorney has now been contacted. Thank goodness we have most of the conversation in text messages.
