A really helpful resource for new graduates! Everyone there is so supportive and I can always get a quick response regarding any questions (insurance, payroll). I love the company and the whole process is very easy and clear!

I guess it is not adequate desire to get hired to a top manager position with no experience. What Campuspoint team do is making initial hiring process easier to get for recent graduates or current students into the preferred field. Yesterday I was hired by start-up company with the help of Campuspoint staff. They really care about applicants, for example senior recruiter Claudia Seilinger texted me a lot about scheduling phone interviews, asking about how process is going. For that I say huge "Thank you for your job, Campuspoint team".

Finding a job did take some time, approximately 3 months, but out of the 4 recruiting companies I was working with during this time, CampusPoint was by far the best. I like that their website is updated with new postings daily. They verify each company personally to make sure its not a scam. I was always able to reach a person to talk to on the phone or by email.

Yes, some of the postings are low paying but these are entry level small company jobs. What I think most students do not understand is that the job market has changed drastically in the last few years and most people are lucky to even be working in the field relevant to their major. After you have some experience usually 2-5 years, the money will come through another job or raises. I learned the hard way that business jobs do not pay very well anymore (in general with exceptions such as tech companies) but now I am very happy at my new work with a substantially better pay than before and I got the job through CampusPoint.

Also, I saw another review about how they are not a free service because they too make money hourly based on the amount of hours you work. This is correct, but every recruiting company works this way. How else would they make money? They do not take it from you, the company is paying that, and usually you get a raise if you are hired as a full time employee later. Without recruiting companies it would have been nearly impossible to find such an amazing job. I can honestly say that they do care about their clients. The other companies I worked with never made new postings on their site or called about positions. I would have to call them and hoped they answered to ask for new postings for that day. Very annoying and unprofessional.

If you are looking for work, I do always recommend you use more than one resource so try a few agencies and apply to jobs directly as well, but keep CampusPoint in the mix. You never know what will work for you.
