Good luck trying to get them to honour their defective exchange policy. I heard every excuse in the book. I had an issue that ended up being that it affected the Lenovo Legion Pro 5 laptops (Keyboard intermittent disconnection). They took the device and said they could not replicate (even though we had video proof and offered to show them). Even Lenovo couldn't figure it out and said to go to them for return. Luckily the issue was eventually fixed by disabling some hardware features in windows, after more recent similar issues popped up online and a solution was found. Regardless, the entire time they just played dumb and said there was no issue that everything was working perfectly.

Absolute Fantastic Service! My wife's laptop suddenly would not power up and it was a long weekend...I called and spoke to "Maddie/Mattie?" and he said bring it in that afternoon. Not only was it looked and and repaired on the spot (total time 30 min)..but at a very very reasonable price too given it was repaired immediately (other places I called said I had to leave the laptop with them a few days)...parking is great too and the hours too! Actually all the staff there are great and great prices on computers, etc.. Thank you! Will return for my next laptop purchase!

Impecible customer server from the cashier Tommy Doan, quite simply he is the goat and also give my man a raise! very understanding and helpful and put my order on hold for the next day when my bank screwed me (tommy if you are reading this you are the man!)
