I came in with a list of parts I was thinking about for a gaming build for my son. Not at a single point did they make me feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything, even proposed some alternatives that would save me a little money, and even let me know if there was stock at other locations if the best advertised web deal wasn't in store. I didn't even ask, Manny tried to run down the best value option available across all locations for my GPU. In the end I secured everything on the spot instead of driving out to the other stores.
The store is clean and well kept. The pricing they have on low voltage hand tools is very good. I used to work low voltage and other stores charge quite alot of punch downs, wire strippers, crimps, etc.
Will definitely be back. I'm super happy with the build we came up with.
