Bad customer service and they don't provide the appliances when they say they will. Edit- it's gotten worse. They are ignoring us, and our appliances are now pushed back until Nov. 15. We ordered them July 20. We were originally told they would arrive in 6-8 weeks. The fridge is integrated so we can't swap it out as we already have had panels made for it. The worst bit is how awful the customer service is. No one contacts us, I have to find out the appliances are delayed every time I sign into my profile. They don't apologize or try to come up with solutions. STAY AWAY. Order from Coast Appliances instead, I hear great things about their service.
