You are a multi billion dollar company. Do better.
Brought my SUV for a seasonal tire change (8 tires, 4 rims) and had to do a drop in on a Sunday.
The front desk said that’d it’s only be 1.5-2hrs max and that they’d give me a text/call once they’re done.
2.5 hrs go by and still nothing so I give them a call to no response. I called again an hour later and still no response. I end up calling 5 times in the span of 6 hours to no response so I end up driving down to see what’s going on.
The same guy at the front desk says that they finished the change 2 hours after I had initially dropped it off and said that he should’ve texted/called me. I’m assuming he forgot since he just gave a bs apology instead. I would’ve drove down sooner but I live a decent distance away and didn’t want to waste my time for it not to be finished.
Costed $170 for some of the worst customer service and 6 wasted hours.
